Where formal legal action is required, the in-house paralegal can assist with preparing and filing applications, representing landlords in appropriate proceedings, and guiding clients through the dispute resolution process. Please note that statutory application fees, filing fees, and other disbursements required by governing tribunals or courts remain payable by the client and are not included in the discounted service rates.
